LA PAIX GROUP OF SCHOOLS
Nurturing Minds, Building Futures
Providing quality education with a focus on academic excellence, character development, and holistic growth
LA-PAIX COLLEGE began its journey on 23 September 2019 with just three students and three teachers. At the time, the school was small in size, but the dream behind it was much bigger.
The founding team consisted of Mrs. Temitope Oluwaseun Olaitan, Mr. Onah Benard Egbere and Mr. Emmanuel, under the leadership and proprietorship of Mr. Adewale Paul, the Proprietor, and Mrs. Adewale Remilekun, the Proprietress.
Those early days required courage, sacrifice, patience and a strong belief in what the school could eventually become. The founders were not simply establishing another school; they were beginning a journey to create an educational environment where children could receive quality education, develop good character, discover their abilities and prepare meaningfully for the future.
Today, as LA-PAIX COLLEGE continues to grow, we look back at those humble beginnings with gratitude. The three pioneer students and the founding members of staff will forever remain an important part of the history of the institution.

Our campus story
Growing with purpose
Focused on learning, character and community.
To build an institution recognised for academic excellence, character and discipline, professionalism, innovation, technology, practical education, leadership development, student welfare, strong parent partnership and global competence.
We provide an environment in which every student can discover who they are, what they can become and how they can contribute to society. We combine knowledge, character, skills, creativity, confidence and responsibility to develop the whole child.
Education is more than passing examinations. True education should prepare a child for life—developing students intellectually, morally, socially, emotionally and practically to think independently, communicate effectively, solve problems, work with others and make positive contributions to society.
Teachers are at the heart of every successful school. We promote a culture where teachers know their subjects thoroughly, understand learner needs, and use appropriate teaching methods.
We promote active learning through practical activities, experiments, group work, discussions, projects, research, presentations and real-life applications.
We recognise digital literacy as essential for modern education, progressively integrating technology into teaching, learning, research, communication and assessment.
Our students possess both local relevance and global competence, understanding their Nigerian heritage while being capable of competing anywhere in the world.
We cultivate respect, honesty, responsibility, punctuality, hard work, cleanliness, self-control, courtesy and accountability—raising students who do the right thing because they understand its value.
We recognise parents as essential partners in education, valuing open communication, parent-teacher meetings, PTA engagement and joint efforts to support students.
Building strong foundations for lifelong learning with our comprehensive primary curriculum.
Preparing students for higher education and future careers with rigorous academic programs.
Focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to prepare students for the future.
